: (1) The Registrar or an officer authorized by the Registrar shall issue a certificate of registration in the form of Schedule-12 to an organization or association registered under Section 15 of the Act.
(2) Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this regulation, in case of an organization with jurisdiction only at one local level, in accordance with the law of the local level where such jurisdiction exists, in case of an organization with jurisdiction at more than one local level, in accordance with the law of the respective province, and in case of an organization with an inter-provincial jurisdiction, in the Union Act. Must be registered according to this regulation.
